About the Role
We are looking for a Director of People Operations to lead the design and execution of People Operations programs at Wheel. This role involves talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and optimize People Operations across the full employee lifecycle
- →Implement AI to optimize processes and improve the manager and employee experience
- →Ensure compliance with all employment requirements
- →Shape a thoughtful People communications strategy
- →Lead performance management frameworks and processes
- →Establish a culture of continuous learning and development
- →Oversee People systems and tools, including HRIS and Ashby
- →Create and scale innovative engagement programs
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of People Operations experience, including 3-5+ years in HR Business Partner roles
- ✓Strong collaborator with project management skills
- ✓Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
- ✓Strategic thought partner with critical thinking abilities
- ✓HR compliance subject matter expert
- ✓Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or related field
- ✓Experience in Healthcare or digital health highly desirable
