Key Responsibilities
- →Lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- →Guide the development team in applying agile principles and continuous improvement
- →Identify and remove obstacles that could impact sprint progress
- →Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure product goals are met
- →Track performance metrics and adjust practices accordingly
