About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to grow our B2B business in Paris for Wheely, a high-end ride-hailing service redefining premium transportation across major cities in Europe and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, all the way through to the first ride
- →Identify and target prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events, positioning our service as a premium solution for businesses
- →Engage high-level decision makers, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our offering
- →Support newly activated accounts to ensure initial success while continuously developing the pipeline
- →Manage your sales pipeline proactively, build accurate forecasts, and achieve (or exceed) your targets
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine commercial strategy and share market insights
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or premium services
- ✓Proven track record in prospecting, closing deals, and driving revenue
- ✓Experience negotiating with senior decision makers
- ✓Excellent communication skills in French and English
- ✓Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset; you enjoy building, iterating, and taking ownership of initiatives
- ✓Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, track KPIs, and identify market trends
- ✓Resilience, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
