About the Role

WHOOP is seeking a System Administrator to join our growing IT organization. This role will be responsible for executing against our IT roadmap, improving employee experience, and enhancing corporate security. You will work on projects related to automation, self-service, endpoint engineering, and more.

Key Responsibilities

→Configure systems, implement new features, and troubleshoot issues across our IT environment
→Provide expert management of third-party applications
→Harden our corporate security posture
→Execute against an IT roadmap and deliver results
→Eliminate root causes of IT support tickets through automation and process engineering
→Build automation and self-service capabilities to enhance corporate efficiency
→Contribute to building AI-first IT operations
→Develop monitoring, observability, and reporting capabilities
→Identify and mitigate IT risks to business continuity
→Communicate proactively with employees and business partners
→Assist our IT Support team with escalations, coaching, and mentorship

Requirements

✓Proven experience working on innovative systems and processes
✓Programming skills for automation and custom solutions
✓Hands-on administration experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
✓Strong knowledge of Mac & Windows operating systems, identity management, and corporate security
✓Experience managing large fleets of corporate computing devices
✓Experience with large-scale implementations and migrations of critical IT systems
✓Experience working on AI projects
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Strong judgment in prioritization and solution design
✓Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
✓A demonstrated employee-first mindset
