About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team at Winamax, a leading online gaming company in France with a strong international presence. This role involves identifying and attracting top tech talent to support our expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the entire recruitment process, from initial meetings with hiring managers to new hire integration
- βCollaborate with hiring managers to clarify needs and create effective recruitment briefs
- βAct as a strategic partner to managers, providing talent market expertise
- βImplement multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, tech communities, etc.)
- βManage recruitment process with rigor and transparency
- βContribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices and tools
- βRepresent and promote Winamax culture as an ambassador
Requirements
- βMinimum 2 years of successful experience in sourcing and recruiting tech profiles
- βStrong affinity with the online gaming industry and knowledge of our products
- βAbility to conduct recruitment interviews in English, Spanish, or German
- βCurious and organized work approach
- βExcellent analytical and synthesis skills
- βProactive in proposing improvements and solutions
- βTeam player who can also work independently
