About the Role
Window Nation is seeking an Event Marketing Manager for the North Jersey area to lead event planning and execution initiatives that build brand awareness and generate sales leads. This leadership position requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a team while traveling up to 40% and working weekends or evenings as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads
- →Identify, negotiate, and attend various events such as trade shows, fairs, and community events
- →Manage budget forecasting, inventory, and maintain approved budget
- →Exceed sales lead quotas based on established KPIs
- →Recruit, hire, train, and develop event marketing team members
- →Manage event representative schedules to ensure proper staffing
- →Partner with branch operations, marketing, and sales to enhance brand presence
- →Track and report event metrics to evaluate team and individual performance
- →Travel up to 40% and work weekends or evenings to support scheduled events
Requirements
- ✓High school diploma or GED
- ✓Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- ✓Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time, up to 6 hours during events
- ✓2+ years in a customer-facing leadership position
- ✓Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- ✓Ability to drive a box truck
- ✓Meet Window Nation's driving and insurance standards
