About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing permit applications with municipalities, maintaining reports, and collaborating with production and sales teams to ensure timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Apply for permits with respective municipalities
- →Compile, update, and maintain reports
- →Work with Third Party Permit runner
- →Maintain files and ensure proper documentation
- →Interact daily with Production and Sales teams
- →Obtain documents from Production Management for permit applications
- →Act as liaison between company and municipalities for approvals
- →Prepare and submit applications to various agencies
- →Coordinate paperwork with outside consultants
- →Submit paperwork for permits
- →Track permit status and ensure timely processing
- →Produce and maintain schedules for all communities
- →Enter permitting data into CRM
- →Prepare job packages for Production Management Team
- →Communicate with Factory Sales Representatives for customer support
- →Maintain company files for approvals, licenses, and permits
Requirements
- ✓2-5 years experience with residential permit processing
- ✓Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- ✓Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Public Notary License is a plus
- ✓Enjoys working in a structured environment
