Upcoming Training Class Start Dates: • February 23, 2026 (Training runs Feb 23 – March 6) • March 9, 2026 (Training runs March 9 – 20) Training Hours: • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • These hours apply only during your first two weeks. After training is complete, you'll transition into your standard work schedule based on call center operating hours. Work Schedule Availability: • This role follows a set weekly schedule once training is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work 4 weekday evening shifts + 1 weekend shift each week. Four weekday shifts: • Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM • You will be scheduled for four of these five days each week. One weekend shift: • Weekend shift hours vary and may rotate. • Specific schedules will be shared in advance.
