Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing operational processes at Wise, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- →Design and develop optimized processes, focusing on creating a streamlined, standardized, and globally consistent approach
- →Work with experts from controls, compliance, and efficiency areas to drive improvements
- →Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on opportunities and prioritize them
- →Define success metrics for processes and evaluate progress using qualitative and quantitative methods
- →Map existing operational controls into new process designs and develop robust processes for evidencing effective control operation
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Process Management methodologies and process automation
- ✓Experience in change management and driving organizational improvements
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and monitoring mechanisms
- ✓Understanding of regulatory expectations and audit requirements
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives across different teams
- ✓Experience in operational process mapping and optimization
- ✓Knowledge of financial crime prevention measures
