About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and performance-driven CRM Manager to join our expanding CRM team at Wise. This role focuses on driving global B2C lifecycle communications strategy and implementation, helping customers make the most of their Wise account.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive multi-product & multi-region onboarding strategies
- →Develop lead generation and nurture flows
- →Drive incremental growth through collaboration with stakeholders
- →Own core growth loops and develop comprehensive communications strategy
- →Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Analytics, and UX Research teams
- →Utilise data-driven insights for customer segmentation
- →Optimise campaigns for conversion and engagement
- →Ensure operational excellence in email calendar management, deliverability, and reporting
Requirements
- ✓Experience in CRM and lifecycle communications
- ✓Strong understanding of customer segmentation and data analysis
- ✓Ability to develop and execute global strategies
- ✓Experience with multi-channel communication (email, push notifications, in-product messages)
- ✓Knowledge of A/B testing and optimisation techniques
