About the Role

The Customer Support Area Lead will direct and manage assigned Wise Customer Support teams, focusing on objectives and initiatives. This role ensures productivity, quality, and staffing align with demand.

Key Responsibilities

→Direct and manage assigned groups of Wise Customer Support teams
→Implement policies and procedures to improve utilisation, quality, and cost efficiency
→Manage resource allocation and planning for Customer Support Senior Team Leads
→Align operations activities with the objectives of the wider CS Organisation
→Ensure adherence to Regional, Global CS and Wise operational standards
→Create operational strategies and objectives for sub-functions
→Approve and develop Wise culture, process, and performance improvements
