About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Lead to join our team in India. This role will lead People Operations with ownership, delivering reliable support in a fast-moving environment. You will be hands-on when needed, lead and develop the team, and continuously improve the Wiser experience using data and insight.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end People Operations in India, acting as an HR Generalist until the team scales
- →Lead, develop, and enable the India POps team to provide comprehensive People services
- →Drive continuous improvement and operational evolution through local and global initiatives
- →Contribute to shared services by identifying opportunities for centralization
- →Set goals, measures, and succession plans for the team
- →Ensure compliance with diverse labor, immigration, and financial regulations
- →Operate within an APAC and global ecosystem, partnering with regional and global teams
- →Use data to drive impact and inform decisions
- →Embrace scope, ambiguity, and growth in a scaling organization
Requirements
- ✓Strong HR Ops Experience: Specialize in HR operations within a fast-paced environment
- ✓At least 5-7 years of experience in a Shared Service Center
- ✓At least 4 years of experience leading a team
- ✓Experienced and Accountable Leader who can develop and optimize teams
- ✓Customer-Driven approach to automate and improve the Wiser experience
- ✓Data-Driven with high proficiency in data tools and visualization
- ✓Project and Problem Manager with solutions-focused approach
- ✓Empathetic and Effective Communicator with diverse stakeholders
- ✓Initiative and Ownership Mindset
- ✓Resilient Change Agent
- ✓Collaborative and Globally Aware
