Requirements
- ✓Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work solving real problems

- ✓Experience with design systems and motion design
- ✓Evidence-based design practice and clear articulation of design decisions
- ✓Comfort balancing hands-on design execution with team leadership
- ✓Experience with generative AI prototyping tools
