About the Role
We are looking for a Product Director to join our Wise Account squad, with an ambitious mission to build the world's best account for moving and managing money. You will lead the core multi-currency account product and platform, spearheading new account products and offerings to build the world’s best money management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area using data, customer research, and market insights.
- →Deliver on strategy and KPIs by prioritizing impactful projects and working closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Researchers, and Compliance teams.
- →Start as an individual contributor but grow your organization by hiring product managers as needed.
- →Communicate and collaborate effectively with other product teams and departments to deliver the best customer experience.
- →Go beyond traditional product boundaries to help deliver faster, including owning compliance risk, unblocking technical issues, or analyzing data yourself.
- →Report to the Account squad product director for guidance and support.
