About the Role

We are looking for a Product Lead for Identity Platform to join our team in London, Budapest, or Tallinn. This role focuses on crafting the vision and strategy for our core identity platform, focusing on onboarding (KYC), financial crime risk, and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

→Build a world-class platform for storing and orchestrating all user information at Wise
→Craft a compelling vision for the platform and translate it into clear, measurable goals
→Lead the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the product roadmap
→Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers
→Act as a key advisor on technical topics, ensuring technical decisions align with product strategy
→Serve as the central point of contact, collaborating with growth teams to understand their goals and needs

Requirements

✓Experience as a product leader with a focus on platform development
✓Strong understanding of onboarding (KYC), financial crime risk, and regulatory obligations
✓Ability to define and communicate a long-term strategy while keeping teams aligned with near-term goals
✓Experience leading and mentoring product managers
✓Ability to distill complex technical concepts and align technical decisions with product strategy
✓Strong collaboration skills with growth teams and stakeholders
