About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join Wise, a company building financial products for global money management. This role focuses on defining and driving Wise’s external perception as a leader in fraud prevention, security, and customer protection.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive Wise’s Trust & Safety positioning, grounded in real product controls and outcomes
- →Turn complex fraud and security systems into clear, honest messaging that customers understand
- →Shape how Trust & Safety shows up across external surfaces, including product launches, education, campaigns, and industry narratives
- →Work with Product and Design so Trust & Safety launches ship with a clear external story by default
- →Partner with Marketing and PR to amplify product-backed narratives
- →Identify where Wise should lead, where we should follow, and where we should stay silent
- →Measure whether Trust & Safety messaging actually changes customer understanding, trust, or behaviour
- →Write, test, ship, learn, and iterate on messaging

- ✓Make judgment calls about what Wise is willing to stand behind publicly
- ✓Push the organization to explain its work clearly, even when it is uncomfortable
