About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Wise in Hyderabad. This role focuses on hiring talent for Financial Crime and Anti Money Laundering. You will be responsible for talent management and helping Servicing Operations to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help scale our Fin-crime/AML teams over the next few years
- →Manage candidates end-to-end ensuring they receive the best possible experience
- →Build and develop relationships with hiring teams
- →Collaborate with sourcers to understand the candidate market
- →Use data to support hiring recommendations and optimize processes
- →Partner with hiring teams and other People teams to support various initiatives
