About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team in Austin and play a crucial role in growing Wise Platform by delivering our highest impact partner integrations. This role focuses on managing complex implementations with major banks and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses, managing from kickoff to launch while ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- →Overcome project blockers with strong problem-solving and influencing skills, working in both business and technical contexts, and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
- →Use governance expertise to manage scope, timelines, and accountability, while identifying risks, solving challenges, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- →Manage delivery risks for deals—including project, financial, compliance, and reputational—ensuring robust mitigation plans are in place.
- →Build and nurture excellent relationships with partners, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- →Confidently explain financial technology solutions and lead process improvements to enhance project scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
- ✓Established professional with a track record of delivering complex programs of work in financial services, particularly in the banking and payments sectors.
- ✓Strong program management experience with the ability to deliver on time, high-quality integrations.
- ✓In-depth problem-solving and strong influencing skills.
- ✓Comfortable working in both business and technical contexts.
- ✓Ability to build trust with executive and engineering, external and internal stakeholders.
