About the Role
We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our Partner team at Wise. This is a 12-18 month fixed-term contract based in our London office. You will work closely with the People Partner Lead during a period of significant transformation across the Finance tribe, helping to build a highly engaged, high-performing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver people change aligned to Finance transformation and dual-listing readiness
- βCreate and drive the people strategy, along with metrics and OKRs, for your area of responsibility
- βBuild a clear view of critical roles, succession, and future capabilities required across core functions
- βWork with the Recruitment team and senior leaders to prioritize, plan, and forecast roles for future growth
- βPartner with leaders to develop leadership capability and skills needed to deliver successfully through change
- βWork closely with HR Centres of Expertise (CoE) to resolve complex problems through innovative thinking
- βAnalyse people metrics and risks to add insight into team health and share trends
- βCollaborate on the design and delivery of people initiatives and change activity
Requirements
- βExperience people partnering in a high-growth or transforming environment
- βExperience supporting complex change or transformation, including organization change and role clarity
- βAbility to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence challenges
- βSound judgment to assess problems and drive initiatives with measurable impact
- βExperience working in or alongside a US-listed or US-regulated environment
- βRegional/multi-site experience supporting leads and employees across geographies
