About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join the Send team at Wise. This role focuses on helping new users complete their first international transfer, addressing one of Wise's most critical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand our customers deeply and build empathy for first-time users navigating cross-border transfers
- →Own complex, ambiguous problems across the acquisition funnel—entry points, recipient creation, funding, and first transfer completion
- →Think creatively and divergently to drive improvements that increase clarity, convenience, trust, and joy
- →Leverage AI to explore assistive and co-pilot experiences that guide first-time users through unfamiliar processes
- →Experiment rapidly by prototyping and validating ideas with real user behavior before committing to full builds
- →Collaborate closely with your PM, EM, Engineers, and Content Designer to ship impactful work
- →Raise the bar by setting high standards for design quality and helping grow the craft within the Send Experience Group
