About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join our FinCrime Operations team and drive operational readiness for major organizational changes while maintaining strict adherence to global compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create robust governance frameworks and drive the execution of large-scale, multidimensional projects
- →Own critical cross-functional projects with a key focus on remediations and financial crime prevention
- →Work on the top operational initiatives in the FinCrime Operations function and secure executive sponsorship
- →Leverage project governance expertise to manage scope, timelines, communications, and accountability
- →Proactively identify, track, and manage delivery risks, ensuring robust mitigation plans are in place
Requirements
- ✓Experience managing the entire project lifecycle from discovery through implementation
- ✓Strong background in cross-functional leadership and collaboration
