About the Role
We are looking for a Content Designer to join the Business Onboarding Verification team at Wise. This role focuses on shaping the future of how we verify business customers globally, balancing world-class customer experiences with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape the future of verification by setting a vision, standards and patterns to scale across a wide range of teams at Wise.
- →Own content design in the squad, developing and shaping messaging and experiences.
- →Work with design leaders from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers.
- →Collaborate with regional teams, tooling teams, operations teams and compliance to ensure simplicity and coherence across journeys.
- →Use your design leadership skills to elevate quality, maturity and alignment across the squad.
- →Collaborate with product design, product management and engineering partners to lead teams and deliver work.
- →Plan and prioritise work, and onboarding new content designers as we scale.
Requirements
- ✓You’re an accomplished content designer with experience shipping complex, world-class products.
- ✓You have experience in B2B spaces — you understand businesses of all sizes, their pain points and their needs.
- ✓You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully lead groups in this environment.
- ✓You’re able to navigate technical discussions with engineering, regulatory conversations with compliance, and logistical requirements with operations.
- ✓You have an eye for quality, and know how to support designers and teams to deliver it.
- ✓You’re influential and inspiring, able to lead others in a culture that values autonomy and empowerment.
- ✓You’re a trusted partner, building effective relationships with your peers across the business.
