About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for the Integration Success Team to scale our servicing capabilities for the Wise Platform in APAC. This role focuses on providing industry-leading assistance for Wise API integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support API customers across different channels and time zones, primarily through email queues and phone/video conferencing for critical issues
- →Develop deep expertise in Wise API and SWIFT products, understanding how partners have integrated their solutions
- →Troubleshoot and solve issues reported by partners, collaborating with engineering and commercial teams
- →Contribute to product feedback with engineering by sharing and capturing knowledge and trends of issues
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in a technical support engineering role in an enterprise environment
- ✓Familiarity with support tooling and terminology
- ✓Confidence in testing and debugging REST APIs, interpreting logs, and querying databases
- ✓Strong organization and prioritization skills
- ✓Ability to handle high severity incidents and navigate incident management
- ✓Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript is desirable
- ✓Comfort with regular out-of-hours and on-call work over weekends
- ✓Experience working in a team with diverse people across different time zones
