About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team supporting the In-store solution – Snooper. This role helps FMCG, Liquor and Tech players get real-time visibility and in-store data on their execution, combining analytics, business consulting, and executive-level storytelling to drive measurable in-store impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage your own portfolio of clients and build positive working relationships with senior client stakeholders
- →Answer clients' strategic questions based on data captured by our crowd, including defining data collection methods and performing analytical work
- →Develop high-impact presentations tailored to FMCG and retail senior stakeholders
- →Act as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying opportunities, framing recommendations, and guiding decision-making based on data
- →Juggle multiple complex project requirements to positively impact the P&L of each campaign
- →Monitor campaign progress and results, taking appropriate actions to meet client deliverables and deadlines
- →Build industry relationships and understand client needs in detail
- →Contribute to a high-performing, dynamic and engaged culture
- →Demonstrate leadership for up to 5 reports (engagement managers) and supervise our remote data reviewing team
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of the key sales drivers of the FMCG and Retail industry
- ✓Flair for relationship management
- ✓Analytical mind and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns
- ✓Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- ✓Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
- ✓Leadership experience managing teams
- ✓Ability to travel 5-10% to client offices or internal team meetings
