Key Responsibilities
- →Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets to streamline complex processes.

Requirements
- ✓6+ years of professional experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.
- ✓Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Jacksonville, FL area.
- ✓Excellent communication abilities and talent for building strong relationships with clients and municipal officials.
- ✓Technical proficiency in using relevant software tools and adaptability in learning new systems.
