About the Role
We are looking for a Design Operations Manager to join our Kyiv Design Hub team. This role focuses on managing the operational aspects of the design hub, ensuring smooth functioning and supporting designers to focus on their work.

Requirements
- β5+ years in Design Operations, Project Management, or Creative Agency Operations
- βDeep familiarity with the design world and various professions
- βExtensive experience in producing high-quality events and learning programs
- βStrong experience managing budgets, vendors, and complex administrative/financial workflows
- βProficiency in tools like Monday.com, Asana, and Figma
- βExceptional ability to lead through influence and build relationships
- βHigh emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for building culture
- βExcellent verbal and written English
