About the Role

We are looking for an early Sales Development Representative to join our US-based sales team at Wix, supporting Base44, an AI-powered software development platform. This is a foundational role in introducing a category-defining product to the market, driving top-of-funnel pipeline, and opening doors with strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• →Build and manage a high-velocity prospecting engine across outbound channels (email, phone, social) to generate qualified meetings
• →Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential accounts and buyer personas across various business departments and seniority levels
• →Translate Base44’s product vision into clear, compelling outreach that resonates with technical and business audiences
• →Qualify inbound interest to surface pain, fit, and urgency, and convert into high-quality pipeline
• →Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and targeting to refine our early go-to-market motion
• →Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align on ICP, narratives, and campaign execution
• →Multi-thread into target accounts and nurture relationships with VPs, CTOs, and heads of product/engineering
• →Maintain CRM excellence—track activity, manage pipeline hygiene, and deliver accurate activity and meeting forecasts
