Scaled Customer Success Manager at Wix2

About the Role

We are looking for a Scaled Success Manager to support and grow Wix Top Merchants. This role involves leading live trainings, webinars, workshops, and educational experiences to help users confidently adopt Wix features.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead in-person workshops, community events, and live trainings with confidence and warmth
• →Host webinars, live digital sessions, and recorded tutorials that are engaging and easy to follow
• →Create educational and marketing content such as guides, scripts, visual materials, and short-form videos
• →Use content creation platforms like Canva, Descript, CapCut, Loom, or similar to design polished, accessible learning experiences
• →Encourage ongoing user engagement and participation to help build platform habits and ensure long-term retention
• →Experiment with new formats and ideas to strengthen community activity and user stickiness within the branded app
• →Collaborate with Product and partnership teams to share user insights and support feature adoption
• →Represent Wix as a friendly, welcoming, and encouraging voice across live and digital environments
