About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team at Base 44. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall success of our product in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βOperate with minimal supervision and substantial discretion on matters of significance.
- βAssist users with product-related issues, offering timely and effective solutions.
- βDiagnose and resolve technical problems, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- βEducate users on effective vibe-coding techniques and guide them toward best-practice build approaches.
- βProactively communicate technical issues, emerging trends, and potential improvements to the team.
- βWork cross-functionally within a cohesive team environment to ensure product success, working closely with Development and Product teams to document issues, test features, and provide regular, actionable feedback.
