About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager to join our team at Wiz, a fast-growing startup reinventing cloud security. You will play a key role in our customer success strategy, supporting customers in their Wiz adoption journey and helping secure cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence
- →Contribute to sessions aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform
- →Run community-based one-to-many engagement opportunities like writing knowledge articles or running webinars
- →Drive out risk in our account base by increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and fostering satisfaction
- →Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations
- →Advocate for customer needs cross-functionally with Product Management and Support
- →Offer insights regarding new features in Wiz
- →Facilitate escalations for complex issues
- →Work with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals
- →Identify opportunities for expanding Wiz usage across customer organizations
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of experience in technical customer facing roles
- ✓Willingness to learn cloud and cyber security technologies
- ✓Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
- ✓Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
