About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Product Solutions team at Warner Music Group. This role involves transforming fragmented data and workflows into high-performance, automated solutions that power marketing, legal, and production across 30+ global teams. You will focus on rapid technical modernization and deploying emerging technologies to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect and deploy "Agentic" workflows using tools like Gemini to automate critical functions
- →Collaborate with technical leads, product management, and engineers to deliver solutions
- →Design and optimize complex schemas in tools like Airtable and AppSheet
- →Execute high-stakes data migrations from third-party tools to centrally managed platforms
- →Build robust, multi-platform automations using Airtable and other low-code tools
- →Lead internal learning programs and act as an evangelist for new productivity tools
Requirements
- ✓Experience with AI-assisted development and generative AI platforms
- ✓Proven experience with Airtable or similar database tools
- ✓A proven track record of self-teaching new technologies
- ✓3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role
- ✓Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- ✓Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams
