About the Role
We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Ivalua Buyer platform. This role involves working closely with external clients to implement and configure the platform according to their specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct implementation presentations and workshops with external clients, focusing on Ivalua Buyer platform presentation in standard configuration
- →Collect business requirements and support clients in defining their end user needs through gap analysis
- →Analyze specific business requirements for technical feasibility and alignment with Ivalua configuration best practices
- →Translate and redefine business requirements into functional specifications
- →Translate functional specifications into user stories and create a product backlog
- →Cooperate with application and integration engineers to ensure the Ivalua system is configured according to client requirements
- →Work closely with the Customer's Product Owner throughout all implementation project phases (Design / Build / Test / Hyper Care) following SCRUM methodology
- →Collaborate with the Project Manager on task scheduling and project scope management
- →Build and maintain business relationships with clients
Requirements

- ✓Experience with SCRUM methodology
