About the Role
The Tableau Insights Lead will drive the enterprise analytics vision by designing, developing, and operationalizing impactful Tableau-based insights and visualization solutions. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in Tableau and data modeling with strategic leadership to influence decision-making across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards that drive strategic insights
- →Oversee data preparation, wrangling, and transformation to create analytics-ready datasets
- →Manage connections to cloud data warehouses such as AWS Redshift and ensure seamless data integration
- →Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Risk, Product, and Technology
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, and Analytics
- ✓Deep expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server or Cloud
- ✓Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and optimization
- ✓Strong experience in data modeling, data preparation, and ETL design
- ✓Proven ability to lead end-to-end insight delivery
- ✓Expertise in data visualization principles, dashboard performance tuning, and data storytelling
- ✓Strong business acumen with the ability to link analytics outputs to strategic goals
- ✓Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
- ✓Agile mindset with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and strategic oversight
