About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Wolt, one of Europe's fastest-growing companies. This role focuses on managing our largest SMB merchants and driving their growth on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive commercial negotiations and close complex deals in a competitive landscape
- →Analyze and synthesize large datasets to provide data-driven consultancy to partners
- →Conduct periodic business reviews and lead discussions with a consultative approach
- →Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners
- →Mentor junior team members through training and mentorship
- →Monitor the competitive landscape and feedback loop to influence product improvements
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Category Management, or Marketing
- ✓BA or MA degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Management, Marketing)
- ✓Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent partner experience
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- ✓Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- ✓High sense of ownership and proactivity
- ✓Knowledge or previous exposure to analytical dashboards (e.g. Looker, Power BI)
- ✓Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- ✓Willingness to travel regularly to meet key partners
