About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Technology & Insights to join our EMEA team at Wolt, based in Helsinki, Finland. This is a senior leadership role within the regional team, reporting to the Senior Manager for Global Technology Strategy & Operations. In this role, you will own and deliver complex, enterprise-scale technical programs across our EMEA and global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs
- →Engage directly with senior leaders across Technology, HR, Finance and Operations
- →Anchor EMEA capability for the team, working across Helsinki and London
- →Contribute to strategic planning for the function
- →Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards and ways of working
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in program management, technical operations, or strategy & operations roles
- ✓Experience in a top-tier consultancy or professional services firm
- ✓Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level
- ✓Experience with enterprise technology implementations
- ✓Exceptional at bringing structure to ambiguity
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience mentoring or informally leading others
