About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales to join Wolt, a rapidly growing global delivery platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions, managing stakeholder relationships, and focusing on candidate experience and quality of hire.
Key Responsibilities
- →Craft and execute a robust hiring roadmap for sales recruitment
- →Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent availability, competitor activity, and compensation trends
- →Build evergreen talent pipelines across the Nordic region using diverse sourcing channels
- →Design and execute employer branding and marketing campaigns to attract top Nordic talent
- →Utilize talent acquisition tools and reporting to optimize recruiting metrics
- →Create clear hiring progress reports for stakeholders
- →Innovate recruitment methods for competitive Nordic markets
- →Collaborate with the TA team to overcome hiring challenges
Requirements
- ✓Several years of sales recruitment experience
- ✓Proven ability to lead recruitment processes and offer strategic advice
- ✓Experience managing talent pools and ongoing pipelines
- ✓Strong focus on candidate experience
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
- ✓Data-driven approach to recruitment
- ✓Local market knowledge in the Nordic region
