About the Role
Woodard & Curran is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to join their Industrial Water Practice. This role involves leading industrial water and wastewater system designs while providing technical mentorship to engineering teams. The position offers a flexible remote work schedule with up to 25% travel within the continental US.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead industrial water and wastewater system designs and technical delivery
- →Develop and maintain client-advisor relationships to generate business
- →Assist with or lead proposal preparation for new client opportunities
- →Contribute to large account development and management
- →Make technical publications and presentations at national and regional levels
- →Conduct research and innovate within project opportunities
- →Develop tools to demonstrate technical leadership
- →Ensure technical quality of delivered work products
- →Mentor staff in technical and design management skills
- →Provide input to business planning processes
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of professional experience with an engineering consulting firm
- ✓Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- ✓Master of Science in Engineering preferred
- ✓Demonstrated experience serving industrial clients
- ✓Strong appreciation and commitment to safe work practices
- ✓Experience in traditional and alternative project delivery preferred
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Demonstrated track record of publishing technical work
