About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team at Backbase, a fast-growing fintech software provider. This role focuses on accelerating digital transformation for financial institutions and involves carrying a sales quota within the LATAM sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Carry your own sales quota and deliver digital banking transformation opportunities with net-new customers
- →Set objectives and plan accordingly to achieve targets
- →Build close relationships with customers to understand their business drivers
- →Identify and qualify new enterprise software sales opportunities with Banking and Financial Service customers
- →Effectively run a sales cycle to reach and exceed goals
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of successful sales and closing experience
- ✓Focus on building relationships and creating opportunities with new customers
- ✓Professional DNA of a highly influential advisor with a focus on enterprise SaaS software in Financial Services
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- ✓8-10+ years experience in a quota carrying role
- ✓Track record of exceeding quota
- ✓5+ years experience in digital banking
- ✓Ability to reverse engineer business objectives to reach your goals
- ✓Eagerness to figure out tough problems for your customers
