About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to help our customers realize their customer experience vision. You will work closely with customers and Backbase UX design and development teams, acting as a product owner for projects and guiding the team to maximize success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze, capture, and prioritize customer requirements for new customer experience initiatives
- →Perform business process gap analysis and write user stories
- →Manage customer expectations and help translate their vision into a project backlog
- →Organize engaging workshops with customers to identify technical requirements
- →Guide the team in making the right choices to maximize project success
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record working directly within a bank or as a consultant for high-level banking projects
- ✓Deep functional knowledge in at least two of the following: Retail Banking, Wealth Management/Investments, SME, or Corporate Banking
- ✓7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the Fintech/Banking sector
- ✓Native or professional fluency in both English and Arabic
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- ✓Comfortable with a high-travel role (up to 50% travel) to client sites
- ✓Ideally based in Lebanon or Jordan
