About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the ShareGate Protect team at Workleap. This role involves shaping the future of digital governance through AI-powered insights and workflows that help IT professionals navigate complex digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own high-complexity problem spaces end-to-end, from concept to launch and iteration
- →Shape product vision and influence roadmap direction through UX points of view and prototyping
- →Design AI-powered experiences that are intuitive and valuable across diverse customer personas
- →Use modern AI-assisted design tools to explore ideas and collaborate with product and engineering teams
- →Lead discovery loops using behavioral signals and in-product data to inform decisions
- →Convert bold ideas into testable experiments that generate measurable outcomes
- →Partner with PMs, engineers, and data teams to define scope and success metrics
- →Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic foresight
- →Advocate for quality and usability across the customer journey
- →Mentor and support other designers through feedback and collaboration
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience designing complex SaaS products in cross-functional teams
- ✓Proven ability to own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces from concept through shipped outcomes
- ✓Experience driving new product initiatives or undefined problem spaces in fast-paced environments
- ✓Strong experience designing end-to-end workflows and systems
- ✓Hands-on experience with AI-powered or data-driven product experiences
- ✓Experience with Figma Make and Cursor (or equivalent tools)
- ✓Ability to balance speed, craft, and strategic thinking
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication skills
- ✓High bar for interaction design and UX quality
- ✓Hands-on coding experience is a strong asset
