About the Role
We are looking for an experienced program manager with a cloud or software development background to join Woven by Toyota. This role will be central to the Agora platform, ensuring all activities are well-scoped and achieve expected business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- βInterface between Agora and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- βCollaborate with engineering leadership to define the Agora Platform's objectives and roadmap
- βManage and negotiate the scope of Agoraβs commitments for successful project delivery
- βPerform rigorous risk assessments across technology, business, and logistics
- βManage stakeholder relationships and communication, including executive-level stakeholders
Requirements
- β10+ years of project management experience in IT, automotive, or equivalent B2B product environments
- βProven delivery of complex products within matrix organizations
- βStrong stakeholder, customer, and relationship management skills
- βAbility to collaborate closely with technical experts to manage requirements and risks
- βFluent in spoken and written English and Japanese
