About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise AI Developer to join the Enterprise AI - Trustworthy AI team at Woven by Toyota. This role focuses on developing core features related to Trustworthy AI, working with product managers and engineers to build effective AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork with product manager and other engineers to develop Enterprise AI core features, especially those related to βTrustworthy AIβ
- βCollaborate closely with stakeholders and customers to understand their timelines and feedback to build effective AI tools to meet their use cases
- βParticipate in team meetings (such as sprint planning and retrospective, and technical discussions)
- βContinuously work to improve the outcomes of the team and the business
- βCome to the office 3x/week following our hybrid work policy
Requirements
- βAt least 3 years of experience with backend software development, especially in Go
- βExperience with deployment infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Kubernetes) and maintenance (ex. monitoring and debugging) of backend applications
- βExperience with source control (GitHub, GitLab) development tools, including Git, continuous integration, and code review
- βExperience working on product development and deploying features into production
