About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team at Wpromote. This role focuses on managing digital programs from beginning to end, ensuring exceptional delivery of clients' needs, and working closely with various teams including client services, media, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with client services team to ensure exceptional delivery of clients' needs
→Work with paid, earned & owned media, digital intelligence, and executive leadership teams
→Manage multiple programs simultaneously or a single, enterprise-level program
→Set, measure, and achieve goals targeted at delivering high-quality services for clients
→Multitask across diverse environments and learn new technologies
→Manage program scope, identify risks, and communicate change requests
→Develop and maintain detailed program documentation
→Create workflows, train teams, and manage project tasks using project management software
→Ensure client programs adhere to PMO templates and processes
→Generate and own key PMO department initiatives
→Manage and mentor junior-level project managers
→Own continuous process improvement for programs

Requirements

✓5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency
✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
✓PMP Certification expected within one year of hire
✓Ability to autonomously lead project management for any program type
✓Skills to oversee, train, and mentor junior-level project managers
✓Advanced abilities in using Asana or similar task management software
✓Experience working autonomously and as part of a team
✓Proficiency in documenting, tracking, and following up on many simultaneous tasks
✓Experience authoring project documentation such as plans, change logs, and status reports
✓Strong understanding of digital creative process, paid media marketing, earned media marketing, analytics, and client management
✓Ability to develop rapport with senior-level clients and team members
✓Ability to identify program pain-points and implement process improvements
✓Strong risk management skills
✓Experience working with third-party vendors and partner agencies
✓Strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution
