Salary Range

Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure a strong volunteer and intern base to support mission delivery, fundraising, and community outreach
- →Establish a comprehensive volunteer engagement plan including recruitment, training, communication, and recognition
- →Coordinate the Good Neighbor Team program and individual volunteer opportunities
- →Develop and implement recruitment strategies for critical volunteer and intern opportunities
- →Represent World Relief at events and career fairs to promote volunteer opportunities
- →Maintain application and screening processes for all volunteers and interns
- →Provide orientation and training to all groups, volunteers, and interns
- →Track database and manage volunteer assignments with targeted engagement methods
- →Work with all departments to identify and support volunteer staffing needs
- →Coordinate volunteer communications including monthly newsletters
- →Create opportunities for meaningful volunteer recognition throughout the year
- →Collaborate with programs staff to create church and volunteer engagement opportunities
- →Manage Volunteer Program metrics and evaluation methods
- →Provide coaching to employees who interact with community partners and volunteers
Requirements
- ✓Mature and personal Christian faith

- ✓Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- ✓Able to affirm World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, and Christian Identity
- ✓Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire diverse groups
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Resourceful with problem-solving abilities
- ✓Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines with limited supervision
- ✓Ability to work under pressure with flexibility in team settings
- ✓Knowledge of project management concepts and tools helpful
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
- ✓Able to perform well despite complex or ambiguous challenges
- ✓Driving is required to support volunteer activities and community engagement
