About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive one of Wrapbook’s core product areas. This role blends strategic vision, deep technical partnership, and customer-first innovation to deliver compliant and scalable solutions for the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the roadmap and vision for your product area, aligning customer needs with company priorities.
- →Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business development, client operations, legal, and go-to-market teams.
- →Develop a deep understanding of customers and the production payroll domain to uncover insights and inspire innovation.
- →Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and measure impact.
- →Advocate for quality and compliance in financial and regulated environments.
- →Drive execution end-to-end, from discovery through launch.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical environments.
- ✓Proven ability to define and execute on product strategy with measurable outcomes.
- ✓Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, operations, and legal.
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
- ✓Comfort working in areas of ambiguity and ability to become a subject matter expert.
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ✓Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate with deep empathy for user needs.
