About the Role
Wrike is seeking a Revenue Enablement Operations Specialist to join our high-performing global revenue enablement team. This role will play a key part in scaling our operations by managing core enablement functions including knowledge management, reporting and analytics, program coordination, GTM communications, and cross-functional project management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Guru content administration and maintenance
- →Process incoming content requests from across the business
- →Produce ongoing reports for enablement sessions
- →Compile quarterly summary reports with data analysis
- →Schedule enablement sessions and manage invitations
- →Create monthly GTM newsletters using Marketo and related tools
- →Process daily access requests across enablement tools
- →Manage cross-functional projects including Global Kickoff
- →Occasionally create or update courses using authoring tools
- →Design and refine end-to-end enablement processes
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in enablement, revenue operations, L&D, or program management
- ✓Experience administering knowledge bases, LMS platforms, or enablement tools
- ✓Strong reporting and analytics capability with comfort working in dashboards
- ✓Proven project and stakeholder management skills
- ✓High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
