About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Regional Marketing Manager, Northern Europe, to join our dynamic go-to-market team. This role will focus on growing and maintaining strong customer relationships through targeted marketing campaigns, online events, and various other channels. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will support the broader marketing team in executing campaigns and achieving team KPIs.
Your Impact:
โข Our ideal candidate is comfortable making impactful decisions and has outstanding verbal and written skills since this position requires a highly professional level of business communication with international customers and colleagues. Your mission is to coordinate and execute marketing programs and campaigns, driving growth and enhancing Wrike's brand recognition, pipeline and revenue across the APJ region, with a strong focus on Japan.
โข Integrate with APJ and Strategic field sales, corporate marketing, digital marketing to develop demand and field marketing programs for the region that accelerate APJ pipeline growth
โข Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
โข Research, choose, design, and manage live field events ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy
โข Develop and execute localised webinars
โข Experience implementing a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling
โข Work with the marketing team to produce marketing assets to be used at field marketing events
โข Forecast, measure, analyse, and report on the impact of programs
Your Qualifications:
โข 8+ years experience marketing in the APJ Region
โข Fluent English (verbal and written)
โข Experience driving marketing efforts for a high technology, B2B organisation
โข Experience Implementing a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling
โข Understanding of customer journeys and sales touch points
โข Degree in marketing, communication or similar
โข Good time management and great organisational skills
โข Critical-thinker and problem-solver
โข Experience partnering with Sales/Account Management teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns
โข Availability to travel, on occasion

โข Experience working in the Project Management or Collaborative Work Management technology market, additional experience in vertical industry technology markets
โข High level of energy, enthusiastic team player, and dedication to excellence
