About the Role
We are seeking a System Administrator / Watch Desk professional to join our team at Wyetech. This role involves supporting a dynamic operational environment while maintaining the capability to interact with multiple levels of agency organizations. You will be responsible for system vulnerabilities, data flow management, and various Watch Desk projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support current infrastructure by checking for system vulnerabilities
- →Manage various Data flow / Watch desk projects
- →Provide request management support including account creation, removal, transfer, grouping, password management
- →Support for Windows operating systems including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- →Provide detailed documentation
Requirements
- ✓United States Citizenship and appropriate security clearance (TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly)
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or 5 years’ experience in Systems Administrative or Watch Desk position
- ✓Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or Watch Desk Analyst
- ✓Minimum 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems administration
- ✓Minimum 1 year’s experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
- ✓Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Certification
