About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Engineer to join XBOW, a company redefining the future of cybersecurity with AI-driven autonomous pentesting. This role involves designing, building, and scaling systems that power product development, automating repetitive tasks to allow the product team to focus on what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain product automation using GitHub Actions
- →Evolve our GitHub-powered triage system to improve feedback processing
- →Design scalable processes for release management and feedback intake
- →Automate meeting artifacts using Claude Code
- →Ensure tight integration across Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and PMM
- →Build lightweight reporting to show feedback trends and release velocity
- →Integrate feedback sources from tools like Gong and Salesforce
Requirements
- ✓Experience building automation with GitHub Actions, webhooks, and APIs
- ✓Familiarity with Slack APIs for creating bots and integrations
- ✓Practical experience with LLMs/AI tools in production workflows
- ✓Background in designing and implementing product processes at startups
- ✓Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or bash
- ✓End-to-end automation experience from problem identification to production
- ✓Experience with dashboarding tools like Metabase, Looker, or Google Sheets
