About the Role
Xero is growing rapidly within South Africa, and this role is a pivotal position within our local sales team. You will support, advise, and guide our Accounting Partners through their first few months with Xero, helping them onboard their first five clients and reach Bronze Partner status.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support and guide new Partners through the initial Xero Partner Journey and Certification stage
- →Host and invite partners to introductory events, webinars, and certification sessions
- →Manage sales tickets and maintain accurate data within Salesforce
- →Help partners develop their digital strategy to successfully onboard their first five clients
- →Manage prospective partner enquiries and proactively contact partners to offer support
Requirements
- ✓Experience in internal sales or account management
- ✓Background working in a SaaS environment or with small business accounting software
- ✓Genuine interest in the emerging online accounting market
- ✓Excellent communication skills and a process-driven approach
- ✓Ability to meet monthly revenue and partner engagement targets
- ✓Attention to detail for maintaining accurate CRM data and partner contact details
